The Featherweight Merino Balaclava is our thinnest, most high-performance, high-output balaclava. We’ve partnered with Nuyarn® to create best-in-class breathability and performance in our featherweight 125gm Signature Merino Blend that sees raw bamboo combined with twist-free, technically spun merino wool.
This fabric is faster drying, more air resistant, more elastic and astonishingly durable, not to mention soft-on-skin, odourless and offers 4-way stretch, all while melding the luxuriously soft-on-skin properties of bamboo and the unrivalled odour resistance of merino wool. Face-mapped panels provide a comfortably contoured fit and a strategically stitched eye hinge enables it to be worn a range of ways.

We have partnered with Nuyarn® Technology on select technical garments. The 2-ply yarn structure is 35% finer than traditionally spun fabrics and when combined with the Nuyarn® thermal advantage, offers a much lighter, high performance fabric as a result.
Our signature Nuyarn® blend is made from Merino wool and bamboo and features performance attributes that are there for life. Our signature blend garments have been independently tested to last 4.6x longer than 100% Merino garments.
