Le Bent is committed to your satisfaction and love of our threads. You can return any Le Bent product that you are unhappy with for any reason as long as it is in as new condition (unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging) within 30 days of the shipping date. We will happily exchange or refund*.

Follow these simple steps through our online portal to return for a refund, exchange, or upgrade.

  1. Step 1 - Open up our Returns Portal by clicking the button below and log in to your account to begin:

  2. Step 2 - Select from which of your orders you are returning from
  3. Step 3 - Select “Start an Exchange or Return”
  4. Step 4 - Add Items you want to return by clicking the product (Ineligible items are greyed out)
  5. Step 5 - Choose from an exchange, refund, or online credit and select the reason for this
  6. Step 6 - Continue to follow the prompts until you have completed your return

We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchange / return / change of mind items and do not accept responsibility for lost items.

* Refunds not applicable on sale items.

* Faulty goods will be dealt with as per Le Bent’s warranty.


  • Shipping costs for exchange / change of mind items are at the cost of the purchaser.
  • For approved warranty returns, we will send the replacement free of charge to the address provided by you. Learn more at our warranty page.
  • Refunds will be issued according to the original form of payment. Applicable only for items purchased from the Le Bent website.
  • If you wish to return a Le Bent item you’ve purchased from one of our retail partners, you will need to claim this with the retail partner from which you made the purchase.
  • Sale items: Refunds are not applicable on sale or gift items, an exchange or gift voucher for the equivalent product value will be made available in the case of a return. Only applicable on items purchased from the Le Bent website.
  • If you are returning an item received as a gift, please follow the instructions in the portal under “Start Gift Return Here”
  • We reserve the right to limit returns and cannot accept cash on delivery.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and a refund or exchange given.
