- We pack every order with care and do our best to secure your order in a biodegradable bag or recyclable carton so it arrives to you safely with the lowest environmental impact possible. However, once your order has dispatched from our facility and is in the hands of the courier or postal service, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays, damaged, lost, or stolen items.

GETTING IT RIGHT
- Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately to update correct details. We will do our best to ensure this is correct on the order.
- If you wish to make changes to your order once it has been paid, please contact us ASAP and we will attempt to make the change. Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, we will not be able to assist with any changes to the order. Please note that any changes made to orders may delay the dispatch time and ultimately slow the order arriving to you.
