Online Order Returns

Le Bent is committed to your satisfaction and love of our threads. You can return any Le Bent product that you are unhappy with for any reason as long as it is in as new condition (unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging) within 30 days of the shipping date. We will happily exchange or refund*.

Please follow the following steps to complete a return, exchange and/or upgrade:

  1. Open our Returns Portal by clicking the button below and logging in to your account to begin.

  2. Select from which of your orders you are returning from.
  3. Select “Start an Exchange or Return”.
  4. Choose the items you wish to return (ineligible items will be grayed out).
  5. Pick your preference: exchange, refund, or credit, and state the reason.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

* Refunds not applicable on sale items.

 

Warranty

We want to deliver the best possible products to you. We warrant all products to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase on the site.

If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

* The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASE

Simply return your product along with proof of purchase to the store of purchase for our team to assess and send you a replacement product.

LE BENT WEBSITE PURCHASE

Please follow the return process steps, selecting warranty fields such as “item was damaged” and “Item did not function correctly”. Our team may be in touch with you to speak to you further or ask for supporting evidence of damaged / concerned items.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges or returns due to a ‘change of mind’.
  • Warranty-approved returns will be granted free replacement shipping.
  • Refunds apply to original payment methods for items bought directly from Le Bent.
  • Returns for items bought from retail partners must be handled with that retailer.
  • Sale and gift items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. For gifts please follow “Start Gift Return Here” prompts on the return portal.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing.
