From small beginnings in the valley’s of the French alps, the inspiration we found in the elements continues to drive our passion for perfection today. The perfect line, trail or ???... The search will continue and as it does, we remain focused on enhancing experiences by delivering comfort in the outdoors.

LINE 1: THE TABLE

Perched above the town of Val D’Isére in the Tarentaise Valley, the Table is a destination that pays homage to the origins of Le Bent.

In the early days, Le Bent founders Simon & Anthony would escape at lunch time from their boot-fitting job in Val D’Isére and make their way to the chutes that ribbon their way across the stunning face of the Table.

Classic lines, all visible from town making for plenty of yew’s and froth for all seasonaire’s and their buddies. Val D’Isére provided the essential skills gained from the boot fitting trade, big mountain awareness and a lifetime of froth and good times.

This is LÉ BENT.

LINE 2: CARRUTHERS

Our playground, the Australian 'Main Range'. With it an abundance of sun and some world class runs when the conditions are right.

Some of Australia’s largest ski resorts (Perisher & Thredbo) can be found nestled along it’s edges, along with a strong backcountry community that roam every summit.

Carruthers Peak, with it’s north-facing aspect will see the conditions turn-on after a storm, the south-east face is where the money’s at.

It ain’t no Alaska but we’ll take what we can get down-under.

LINE 3: PRAMECOU NORTH FACE , TIGNES, FRANCE 

Stepping up the big mountain riding, we’ve chosen the North Face of the Pramecou as our blood pumping, adrenalin fuelling line.

After Val D’Isére’s testing grounds, it’s time to step it up with the classic rappel of the North Face. Not for the faint at heart, a 30m rappel will get you on top of 1) steep powder field on the skiers right or 2) tight couloir to the left. Both with exposure and no fall zones.

Riding this line before an afternoon shift in the bootlab was the epitome of froth and excitement. 

LINE 4: SEB'S FROTH, THREDBO, AUSTRALIA

Sitting high on the mountain, capturing wind blown pow from the main range, lies a natural playground for the young at heart. The Bluff.

On a powder day, the air is energised with hoots bellowing out to the quad chair as a frenzied mob of kids and adults alike carve, drop, jump and bounce the many sections. For kids it provides the perfect natural terrain to develop their off piste skills while darting between natural bowls and hits. For adults, it's all about regression to grommet hood and unleashing the inner kid.

It's very special to Le Bent, a place where froth lives on. The spirit of Sebastian, son of Le Bent co-founder Anthony, resides here. Now an angel of froth, he rides the zephyr from the main range, blowing in stoke and pow for all to enjoy, hooting in the powder days and summer dirt surfing from his magical home away from home.
