IN THE RARE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM,
WE HAVE YOU COVERED.

 

We want to deliver the best possible products to you. We warrant all products to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase on the Site.

If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASE

Simply return your product along with proof of purchase to the store of purchase for our team to assess and send you a replacement product.

LE BENT WEBSITE PURCHASE

Follow these simple steps through our online portal:

  1. Step 1 - Open up our Returns Portal by clicking the button below and log in to your account to begin

  2. Step 2 - Select from which of your orders you are claiming warranty
  3. Step 3 - Select 'Start an Exchange or Return'
  4. Step 4 - Add the product at fault by clicking the product (Ineligible items are greyed out)
  5. Step 5 - Choose 'Item was damaged / Warranty claim' for Warranty
  6. Step 6 - Choose whether the 'Item arrived damaged' or 'Did not function correctly'
  7. Step 7 - Upload a photo of the damaged item
  8. Step 8 - Continue to follow the prompts until you have completed your Warranty claim

Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and instructions to send your product back to us.

* The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended.
